Patient Success Stories

Patient has a history of right side meningioma which was operated in 1999. Since her operation, she has experienced some cognitive difficulties, including problems with her memory. She suffers from pain in her right face mainly in the mandibular region. She describes the pain as itching, burning, and painful sensation. It seems to be provoked by chewing, and at times swallowing. She has had a tremor, which she states has been present in both of her hands. She has some incontinence problems and this usually keeps her up at night. She also has had some left lower extremity weakness and complains of back and hip pain and generally uses a cane to walk. She also has had pain in both of her legs. She has had neck pain, shoulder pain, and bilateral arm pain. She gets headaches occasionally due to the pain. However, after NBE treatments, she feels more alert, more strength, and relief of facial pain. (YT Video Part 2)

Patient has history of Prostate Cancer, which was resected 20 years ago. After a back surgery 4 years ago he later developed polymyalgia rheumatica ever since. This causes widespread muscle aching and stiffness, primarily in his left shoulder, knees, hips, legs, and ankles. Patient has been on O2 ever since the back surgery in 2004. With just a few NBE treatments, patient is feeling more relaxed, able to take deep breaths, and has increased motility in his shoulders. (RS #251 12/20/08 #252 1/10/09)

Patient has had low back pain for the past month. He is particularly sore and stiff in the morning. He has bilateral knee pain and finds its difficult to stand after sitting. He is bothered by allergies and asthma. The allergies exacerbate his asthma. He also suffers from acid re-flux and constipation. After a few NBE treatments, patient feels less pain in his knee and lower back. Patient is also breathing better and more relaxed.

In 2007, patient slipped and fell injuring the right side of her body. She has had pain every day since the accident. The patient has pain in the knee, ankle, leg, neck, shoulder, arm, hand, and low back. She has difficulty walking and has to use a cane. Patient has had low back pain for the past 20 years. His back is chronically weak and achy. If he lifts, moves, or twists suddenly his pain is exacerbated. He has had headaches and sinus problems ever since he had surgery on his right eye. For the past 12 years, he has had right sided TMJ problems causing his jaw to pop and lock. He also has neck pain and is always feels tight and stiff. After NBE treatments, all his pain has decreased.

Patient has neck pain and dizziness when lying on his left side. His doctor recommended surgery for carotid artery blockage but he refused. He has had pain in his joint for many years especially in both of his legs. He also has been experiencing heartburn and this usually occurs late at night. He also has been experiencing shoulder pain, mostly on his left side which radiates to his left arm. His vision and hearing has been a bothering him. He hears the ringing sounds in both of his ears frequently. After 3 NBe treatments, he can walk better, he no longer has any dizziness while lying on his left side, and his pain and heartburn are virtually gone.

Judy was a 65-year old white female who began experiencing excruciating back pain during her 4th pregnancy. She consulted an orthopedic surgeon, tried a plethora of drugs, physical therapy, traction, and a shoe lift without any relief. After five years, she underwent a L4-5 laminectomy and fusion, and subsequently spent 3 months in a full body cast, then 6 months in a walking body cast. Her pain did not change, and the surgeon told her that it was only in her head. For the next 21 years she sought help from many specialists, numerous acupuncturists, chiropractors and other alternative therapies. She underwent another back surgery, spent one month at the Johns Hopkins Pain Clinic, was treated at the USC Medical Center, and tried new medications, all to no avail. The pain drove her to two suicidal attempts and she was seriously planning a third attempt when she learned about the NBE treatment.

To her astonishment, the pain that had engulfed the right side of her body for 28 years was totally alleviated with the first treatment! Over the next 3 years she continued NBE treatments for her pain as well as chronic yeast infections, recurrent bronchitis, pneumonia, and depression, all as a result of her suffering and side effects of the drugs she took. These major ailments that she had lived with for decades was eventually eliminated. Patient has been suffering from gouty arthritis for many years. It causes an attack of sudden burning pain, stiffness in his joints. He also has had ankles pain and foot pain for many years. Patient has also suffered with low back pain. He feels sluggish and it is hard for him to walk. With just two NBE treatment, patient is able to walk side way, tip toes, which he couldn’t do for 6 years.

30 year old registered nurse has been suffering from a work-related injury since April of 2007. Patient sprained her right wrist and took a week off work, but the swelling and pain in her wrist did not subside. Occupational therapy made her pain worse and she was finally diagnosed with Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy. She went through 2-3 times per week of acupuncture for 5 months, which helped her deal with the pain. However, the severity of her pain return after she became pregnant. Because this is a worker’s compensation case, the NBE treatment was not approved by insurance and only acupuncture was allowed. Patient suffered from injury causing constant pain and tightness in his neck and shoulder. He also has constant pain in his right hand and both wrists. He has cramping on the bottom of both feet occasionally. He has difficulty tilting his head to look up. He feels like his brain is not functioning properly because he can not recall names, letters, or numbers.
