Bill is a resident of San Clemente. Bill has been having major trouble with his legs for the past few years. He has no control over his legs, he feels like his legs are disconnected from his brain. He has been having very cold feet and his toes have curled up, like there is no blood circulation; he has forgotten what it feels like to feel his legs and toes. After multiple tests done by conventional doctors he was told he might have MS, til now there is no final diagnosis. After the very first NBE treatment by Dr. Tong he is now able to lift his legs, he has regain some leg control. Most of the numbness in the lower extremity is now gone.
