In 2011-2012, Fred had cataract surgery to prevent damage to the retina caused by diabetes.  Following surgery, Fred experienced vision loss on the right eye, and blurred vision on the left eye. After many NBE treatments, Fred’s vision has greatly improved.  He has also been receiving NBE treatments for many conditions including diabetes, pancreatic cancer, and high blood pressure. Fred notes that he has been receiving positive results after every NBE treatment.
