Five years ago, I was very active playing softball. One night in San Clemente, I severely twisted my neck in a game. The next day I felt excruciating pain in my neck and shoulders. The muscles in my neck were constantly tight and the nerves were frazzled causing spasms and jerky head movements.
I consulted various medical physicians and specialists who prescribed Valium, Physical therapy and neck braces. I also saw quite a few chiropractors, who adjusted my spine. All of these methods gave me temporary relief, but the pain and stiffness remained. I had missed 14 weeks of work and was facing a life of pain and disability.
I answered Dr. Tong’s ad in the Long Beach Press Telegram. Dr. Tong and his staff have provided me with expert and friendly medical services. Almost immediately I noticed the pain starting to decrease. After a few acupuncture and nerve blocks from Dr. Tong and Dr. Qi, my neck has steadily regained its normal flow of movement. Now I can play softball three times a week and feel like living again.

I had sciatic pain in my leg where it joined my Gluteous Maximus for two years. Being extremely athletic, I was devastated that at 29, I could no longer continue my normal activities. I went to an orthopedic surgeon, a neurologist, a back specialist and had all the expensive tests they suggested. Each had theories, but none offered any relief, and all told me to quit exercising indefinitely. After 6 weeks of treatments with Dr. Tong, I’m back at aerobics, bike riding and driving for hours without pain. I consider myself 90% cured, two or three more treatments and I’ll be 100%. During my senior year in college, I suffered a serious knee injury while playing on the school basketball team. I saw many athletic trainers and three orthopedic surgeons for my knee. For over a year and a half, none of these specialists were able to help me. I am a very active person and because of this injury I was unable to run, lift weights, or do anything active that would cause more problems to my knee. At age 24 and being so active as I am, it was very difficult to just stop doing the things I loved, such as coaching for Magic Johnson at his basketball camps. The pain in my knee was so unbearable that even coaching became virtually impossible.

When I returned home, my mother told me about Dr. Tong. I was hesitant to see him because his methods were foreign to me and I had already seen some of the best doctors in the field, but I knew I had nothing to lose and was desperate. I would have done anything to get rid of the pain. I decided to give Dr. Tong a try. After only a few treatment and two months of seeing Dr. Tong, I’m back on the court playing basketball again. I am relieved of any pain and problem in my knee and am able to do anything and everything I used to do. I don’t know how to thank Dr. Tong and his staff enough. Its’ great to be running again!

Harry experienced many side effects from taking various antiviral medications such as muscle loss and prostate issues. As a result, Harry decided to try growth hormone injections to help rebuild the muscle that was loss which consequently caused Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, ankle and back pain. He stopped the growth hormone injections but the pain still remains so he came to Dr. Tong to help alleviate the pain. After one treatment, the pain in the ankle and back has reduced dramatically and he was able to urinate with no issues.

Deborah suffered from chronic coughing for 20 years and was bedridden as a result. She has seen numerous specialists and taken many medications to help alleviate the symptoms but none worked. After one treatment with Dr. Tong, her coughing reduced dramatically. With continuous treatments, the coughing has stopped and her overall health has improved.

Thomas was in a motorcycle accident back in 2010 and he is now paraplegic from the waist down to the toes. He currently has two metal rods that are supporting his spine and ribs that have become detached due to the accident. Thomas was never able to feel or move his lower extremities but after one treatment with Dr. Tong, he was able to feel life returning to his feet and lift his knees to the chest for 5 times!

It will be 6 years in December that Fred came to Dr. Tong. Fred was 67 years old when he had a heart attack and had Triple By-Pass Heart Surgery. To this day, he has not need another By-Pass. However, when he turned 79 yrs old, he started with Parkinson’s Disease. Every day and night, he had tremors, jerks and cramps in his hands, arms and legs. He had no control and would kick me (wife) so hard during our sleep, plus he had insomnia, which was caused by the medication he was taking. He was at the same time having mini-strokes, his speech was slurred and could not be understood. Most of the time, I had to feed him, cut his meat, etc etc. When Fred walked, he shuffled his feet. He’s had so many falls, he’s fractured his arm, his wrists, his ribs, his nose, loss of hearing in both ears.

We came to Dr. Tong 6 years ago in December. The first treatment was amazing, the first night he no longer to this day has the jerks or mini strokes. He cuts his own meat and eats by himself. He no longer wears the hearing aids after first 2 yrs of treatment and discontinued medication and is now sleeping thru the night. During the time he started with Parkinson’s, he also had a mitral lapsed valve in heart, and now no more. At age 88 he had like a seizure of Dementia – he couldn’t remember who I was or children + grandchildren. The first year was terrible. He’d walk out of the apartment at 3 + 4 AM in the morning. He got lost many times. He was so bad that I called an ambulance, and paramedics had to strap him down, he was fighting them and they took him to the hospital. After 1st year, he started to come back in his mind and does not do the terrible things he was doing. Thank God for Dr. Tong. Fred no longer wears pampers. He’s under control and carries a conversation with anyone. He’s regained his sense of humor.

We are continuing to dance a lot more and Fred has not fallen once. We are always invited to Bar Mitzvahs because one side of the family is Jewish, and also Baptisms (Catholic) our side. They tell us that they love to see us dance. We dance to all kinds of music, mambos, jitterbug, and even Persian dancing. For the last 4 years, he has not been on any medication. He does not crave his chocolate M&M’s or sweets like cakes, pies, candy, etc. His appetite is better. He is not wearing glasses anymore to see far away or close. He had cataract surgery; and with the help of Dr. Tong and his treatments, he sees TV + reads without glasses.

Charles has been having painful mouth and tongue sores for the past 4 months. He has consulted eight doctors and none were able to conclude on a diagnosis or treat his condition. After two treatments with Dr. Tong, he experienced less painful sores and the pain in his ankle, lower back and knees also dissipated. He also noticed that the rashes on his arms were improving and that he had more energy than before.

Anuar drove from Las Vegas to see Dr. Tong after many doctors failed to treat his conditions. First, he experienced pain on his left shoulder four years ago and gradually his left arm began to experience tingling and weakness. His left hand soon became atrophic, smaller in size, as a result. He also had left knee pain and stiffness which caused him to not be able to stand for long periods of time. Anuar slowly fell into depression after so many failed diagnostics and surgeries. Tom and Irene drove six hours from San Jose after hearing about Dr. Tong’s treatments from the internet. Irene was diagnosed with polycystic kidney disease in October 2015 and was told that there is no cure and she has to be on dialysis. She also has high blood pressure and takes many medications. As a result, she feels weak with no energy, no appetite and has shortness of breath. Tom also has high blood pressure but in addition to it, he also has back pain and feeling constantly tense. After one treatment, Irene felt that she was able to breathe clearly and her energy lifted up. As for Tom, his back pain has greatly improved and he feels less tense.
