THE ROOT SOLUTION TO OUR HEALTH CARE CRISIS

    Current proposed solution to the health care crisis, such as calls or budget control, address only the symptoms of high-cost.  The root cause of the crisis has to do with: 1. The incompetence of conventional medicine to heal chronic degenerative ailments. 2. A medical monopoly which suppresses effective treatments and research for natural curative therapies and prevention

1. THE FALLACY AND HARM OF CONVENTIONAL TREATMENTS

*All drugs, especially long-term use, are harmful.

*Drugs treat the symptoms and not the causes of a disease. Chronic ailments cannot be cured using drugs; therefore, lifelong treatment is necessary.

*The use of multiple drugs sharply increases risks.

*Since most chronic patients take multiple drugs on a lifelong basis, the allopathic system is extremely damaging.

Note that treating symptoms without resolving their root causes is called palliative medicine. This approach to solving a problem, however, is considered malpractice in all other professions or trades. For example, painting over wall stains caused by a leak without fixing the leak is considered malpractice in the construction trade.

It is also unacceptable to repair a part and cause damages elsewhere. A service provider usually gets back-charged for any damage. This is true for any profession except in medicine, where doctors are not responsible for adverse effects of a treatment as long as the patient was informed of them.

B. Current medical research, including the double blind method, is invalid, because it affirms treatments that improve symptoms, but not the patient or the disease.

This approach is equivalent to finding the paint that best conceals a wall stain, but does nothing to resolve the root problem (the leak), which continues to cause other damage. Hence, after a century of intensive research, not a single cure of a chronic ailment has been found. Instead, the United States leads the world in degenerative ailments due to abusive use of unnatural substances.

C. Properly prescribed drugs are the fourth leading cause of death - The Journal of the American Medical Association 1998;280:1569-1575, 1616-1619. (Reference provided by Dr. Joseph Mercola, D.O.)

Note that this statistic does not include the mortality and morbidity from inappropriate prescriptions, surgeries, invasive diagnostics, vaccines, and unreported cases. The last factor could significantly increase this dismal statistic, as most adverse reactions are not reported.

D. Adverse reactions from drugs and surgeries in the hospital are the fifth leading cause of death - JAMA, 1998; 279:1200 and 1216.

The first three leading causes of death, heart disease, cancer, and stroke are mistreated with drugs, since the presumption that the benefits of drugs outweigh their risks is only an illusion, as illustrated by the above statistics.

In other words, the orthodox medical profession has caused more deaths than traffic accidents and other major causes of death combined. Therefore, the solution to our health care crisis lies not in the continual use of allopathic treatments for chronic ailments, as they are part of the cause of the health dilemma.

A. Curing chronic ailments using a combination of Eastern and Western medicine. After a century of research and billions of dollars expended, medicine proves, if anything, that chronic ailments cannot be cured with drugs. In contrast, without spending a penny of tax dollars, I discovered the cure of all degenerative ailments using a combination of Eastern and Western medicine. This is an indication of the enormous waste of the current approach to medical research!

I have presented my finding in a scientific meeting. Posted on the above web site is the letter from Maricopa Medical Center approving my synopsis with the title "Chronic Disorders are Curable with Neuro-BioEnergetics Treatment (NBE)."

Also posted is my synopsis, which was published in the proceedings of the symposium. Please note that my treatment applies to chronic pain, surgical, metabolic, immune, and mental disorders. My message is that NBE can treat everything, and a major medical center has accepted this claim.

B. This important information was suppressed by mainstream medical journals.

A comprehensive paper regarding this important medical breakthrough, supported by the study of 1000 patients, was ignored by the New England Journal of Medicine, JAMA, and Lancet in 1995, because of a conflict of interest. A rebuttal to these journals is also posted on my web site.

III. THE HEALTH CARE CRISIS

Current reform proposals all involve cost or budget control through managed care and other bureaucracies. They address only the symptoms of high medical cost rather than the root causes, which are:

1. The inability of conventional medicine to cure chronic ailments, the care of which accounts for a lion’s share of the health expenditure.
2. The lack of true prevention. The conventional annual examinations and diagnostics only detect but do not prevent disease. Vaccinations only stimulate but do not build immunity. In fact, vaccines are harmful for those with nutritional and immune deficiencies, because these subjects cannot clear the toxins in the vaccines. True prevention present do with proper nutritional and lifestyle adjustments.
3. The grossly abnormal medico-legal system. A life ruined by medical treatment could cost several million dollars. On the other hand, a physician who has saved a life is seldom reimbursed a fraction of this amount. Furthermore, a person killed by a drunk driver is worthless in our legal system. Something is not right.
4. A deviant medical system that reimburses a physician not on the basis of true performance, such as curing a patient, but on the basis of conformance to standard treatments, which are harmful and based on erroneous research (research that aims to mask symptoms rather than to cure the patient).

IV. THE ROOT SOLUTION TO THE HEALTH CARE CRISIS pivots more on politics than medicine. If there is more money and prestige in publishing papers than actually helping patients, there would be no motivation to find a true cure of diseases. Everyone will focus on research of therapy that has the best chance to be published. We need legislation that will do the following:

1. Provide the greatest reimbursement for the most effective treatments, as determined by the public rather than the medical profession.
2. Meaningful tort reform.
3. Channel research funds to tax relief to reduce financial and emotional stress, which adversely affect health.
4. Provide tax benefits for medical deductions to individual taxpayers rather than to employers.
5. On prevention: mandate labeling of all unnatural food products, such as genetically altered and/or irradiating food, food that is grown and prepared using unnatural substances.

In summary, thirty years ago, cancer was restricted to old age and only discussed among medical professionals. Today cancer inflicts all ages, and is a common topic in social gatherings. Degenerative ailments have exploded exponentially during the last 50 years, coinciding with the escalating use of drugs and unnatural substances.

Nature is undergoing a selection process. those who live and unnatural lifestyle will eventually die of cancer or degenerative ailments. Physicians and legislators are not immune to them. Unfortunately, the medical profession in general has no clue as to what is going on.

THE VAST MAJORITY OF DEGENERATIVE AILMENTS ARE VERY EASY TO TREAT WHEN ONE UNDERSTANDS THE HEALING MECHANISM. Most of my patients have suffered for years because of the lack of effective treatments.
