Panic Attack, Hot Flashes, Weak Adrenals - (Holly, see #40 7-7-01, from Indiana) - Two years ago, she was driving on San Diego Freeway and experienced a panic attack.  Started having hot flashes again. She continued having panic attacks which became worse until she was housebound.  Went to doctor,  dx'd as having weak adrenals, gave her cortisone for 5 days.  Started burping and having pain in her liver (symptoms of ulcer), so discontinued that treatment.  Over the course of two years, she was hospitalized four times thinking it was a heart attack.  She was then prescribed Xanax, and as a result, starting getting muscles pains in her groin and shin splints from sitting.  Her vision would also occasionally blur.  She took blood tests which were normal and tried everything from meditation tapes to nutritional supplements.  Nothing seemed to work.  She took 4 Xanax to get on a plane to see Dr. Tong.  After her first treatment, she could breath deeply, she was calmer, her heart rate was normal, and all her pain was eliminated.  It has been a month since she came to California and she is much improved.
Lupus, Fibromyalgia, Depression - (Rodica) Four years ago, she was diagnosed with Lupus and Fibromyalgia.  She was in so much pain that she went onto disability and became very depressed.  Put on prednisone, plaquenil, ibuprofen.  The prednisone gave her a pain in her liver and stomach, she could not eat, and she lost all her energy.  After a few treatments with Dr. Tong, she is back to work.
Rheumatoid Arthritis (Claudia, see # 37 6-9-01, #44 8-4-01, #54 10-20-01) Follow-up on her progress.  After testing positive for the Rh factor for seven years, her most recent blood work showed the Rh factor to be negative.  This is without the use of drugs.  Her arthritis has subsided considerably.

Food Sensitivity, Allergies, Headaches, Depression - (Virginia, see #32 5-5-01) - Suffered from headaches for 42 years.  The last 3 years were the worst.  Also extremely sensitive to foods all her life.  Could only eat chicken, meat, vegetables, and certain fruits.  Had head scan done, could not be prescribed medicine because of her allergies.  Developed depression.  After her first treatment with Dr. Tong, she was still very cautious about what she ate.  Now after less than one month of treatments with Dr. Tong, she has no headaches, can eat things she has not eaten for a long time, and her depression has lifted.
Shelly (caller from Los Angeles) - Vascular problem, discoloration on right side of her foot and legs.  Edema and swelling.  Tried water pill to no avail.
Numbness, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Depression, Stress, Suicidal Thoughts - (Robin, see # 28 4-7-01) - Suffered from numbness in hands and arms, had 3 failed Carpal Tunnel Syndrome surgeries, depression, excessive sadness, stress, suicidal thoughts. Taken off of Zoloft (anti-depressant).
Headaches, Dizziness - (Luke) College student who has been suffering from episodes of temple headaches and dizziness up to 3 times per day for 6 weeks.  His episodes are virtually gone now after two weeks of treatment with Dr. Tong.
John (caller) - Discussion of Yates tragedy in Houston, Texas.  Dr. Tong elucidates the fallacy of drug treatment for depression and asserts that the Haldol she was taking caused her homicidal actions.

Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, Depression, Anxiety - (Jeanne from Laguna Niguel) - Diagnosed with fibromyalgia, arthritis, depression, and anxiety last year.  Consulted regular doctors, alternative doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, acupuncturists, and psychologists.  Prescribed Zoloft for depression, thyroid pills, hormones, pain pills (Flexoril), gradually needed heavier and heavier doses for relief.  Less than one month of treatments with Dr. Tong has turned her into a different person.  She has increased energy, can garden and clean out the cupboards.  She also has no more depression.  One treatment also eliminated her palpitations.
Chronic Neck Pain, Asthma, Phlegm, COPD, CTS, Dizziness, Prostate Cancer, Kidney Removed (Jerry, see #20 caller 2-10-01, #24 3-10-01) - Chronic neck pain, Asthma, phlegm, COPD, CTS, dizziness, prostate cancer, kidney removed.  Jerry is much improved.  He is on less medication, has less pain, no dizziness, he is stronger, has better balance, and has gained muscle in his legs.  He was diagnosed with prostate cancer in Dec 1999 where his PSA tests were up to 19 and underwent Lupron shots every six months.  Side effects from the Lupron discouraged him from continuing the this therapy.  Now after 3 months of treatments with Dr. Tong, his cancer has remained dormant.  His last PSA test was down to a 1.  He also recently started learning Tai Chi, which has given him more strength and made him much calmer.
Arthritis - (Claudia, see #39 6-30-01, #44 8-4-01, #54 10-20-01 from Colombia) - Diagnosed with arthritis two years ago.  Was on drugs such as Prednisone and Daypro for the pain.  She became very tired from the pain and also had cold intolerance.  Her first treatment 3 days ago increased her energy greatly, reduced the intensity of her pain, and she is less cold now.  She has dropped all her arthritic medication (Celebrex).

Gil (from Huntington Beach, see #12 12-9-00)
Feng Shui - Dr. Tong explains the principals of Feng Shui and dispels misconceptions of mysticism and religion associated with the ancient Chinese practice.  Three months ago, he and his associate helped Gil with Feng Shui for his business.  Gil noticed positive changes in his work after making the necessary changes in his office.  His sales increased, he expanded his business by doubling his employees, and he has noticed better working relations with his accountant.
Back Pain - (Derrick, wife Julie, see #16 1-13-01, #84 8-3-02 still off all her medications for sinusitis)  Derrick suffered with back problems from an injury since 1992.  Treatments with Dr. Tong have relieved his pain.  Feng shui has also helped Derrick and Julie - Julie received a promotion in her job this year, Derrick has been able to cope with problems at his work more smoothly, and their son, who is autistic, is sleeping better and has had better progress in school.
