Severe Depression, Generalized Back Pain, Swelling, Candida, Schizoid Personality, Bi-Polar Disorder, Mania - (Joanne) Developed severe depression and generalized pain (back pain, neck pain, hip pain, knee pain and swelling, and candida) in college.  Diagnosed with schizoid personality, bi-polar disorder, mania.  Prescribed psychotropic drugs including major and minor tranquilizers, sleeping pills.  Long term use of drugs led to neurological degeneration.  Became anorexic, and suicidal, with 30 attempts.  15 years ago, patient entered detox hospital.  It was then determined that she was not insane, but had Lupus.  Went through 12-14 ECT's (Electro-Convulsive Treatment or shock therapy).  Prescribed Plaquenil and Chemotherapy drugs.  Four tx's with Dr. Tong eliminated her candida and most of her depression and pain.
Joint Pain/Swelling, Knee Pain, Dementia - (Irene, see #32 5-5-01,  Joanne's mother) 80 years old, with joint pain/swelling, knee pain, and dementia.  After being admitted into the hospital, doctors diagnosed her with Alzheimer's because of her confusion and lack of clarity and prescribed her Alzheimer medication.  Her mental clarity and pain is much improved after two months of treatment with Dr. Tong.
Benign Prostatic Hypertrophy, Low Back Pain, Insomnia, Sleep Apnea, Sinus Problems - (Ted from San Diego) Enlarged prostate (BPH - benign prostatic hypertrophy with frequent urination for 10 years, Low back pain and stiffness for 40 years, Insomnia/sleep apnea, sinus problems, low energy.  Two treatments with Dr. Tong has dramatically improved prostate problem and back pain.

Depression - (Janet, see #63 1-12-02) - 21 year old daughter, Stephanie, suffered from depression for 4 years, progressively worsened with crying episodes at night, went to HMO doctor, psychiatrist, called depression hotline (which exacerbated the situation), prescribed anti-depressants to no avail, 3 treatments with Dr. Tong cured her depression.  Stephanie has been symptom free for the past 8 months and has lost 20 pounds in the process.  Serendipitously, Stephanie's arachnophobia was also cured. Janet was affected by her daughter's sickness, developing depression and poor sleep.  Treatments with Dr. Tong helped her as well.
