Flu, Left Knee Pain, Low Back Pain, Constipation, Bloating, Food Allergies, Depression, Fatigue - Mark (see #162 7-24-04, #174 10-23-04 from San Clemente, CA) This 40 year old Caucasian male has been struggling with his health in the last 5-8 years.  He had orthoscopic surgery on his left knee 8 years ago for a torn meniscus.  However, after the surgery, he tore the meniscus once again.  He also has had a very sensitive digestive system in the last 5 years.  Anything he ate would cause severe bloating, pain, and fatigue.  After 7-8 treatments with Dr. Tong, he has no more knee pain, no pain after eating, and his energy has increased tremendously.  He is now surfing again, which he has not done in 5 years.  He also lost 11 pounds and is looking younger than he has in the last 10 years and feeling great.  Two months ago, Mark caught the flu.  Everyone at his work was also sick with flu-like symptoms.  He could feel the symptoms in his chest and sinuses.  After one treatment with Dr. Tong, his sinuses cleared up, his energy increased, and his symptoms were gone.
Diabetic Neuropathy of Feet, Severe Infection, Edema and Swelling, Discoloration of Skin, Amputation Avoidance, Shoulder Pain, Back Pain - Don (see #104 1-25-03, #157 6-12-04, #185 1-15-05 from Norwalk, CA) Don recently returned for treatments with Dr. Tong in June 2004 for ulceration and swelling of his right leg from diabetic neuropathy.  His legs were once again turning dark in color and he was losing feeling.  His condition this time was more difficult to treat and he was subsequently put on disability to allow his leg to heal.  He has been seeing Dr. Tong once a week for the past 6 months and the condition of his leg has improved immensely.  (see case history for Gangrene)
Paris - caller - Breast Cancer
Recurrent Finger Cuts and Toe Infections, Common Cold, Flu - Mark experienced cuts over his fingers as well as swelling in his fingers for the past year.  He also had infections in the web space between his toes for the past 2-3 years.  After 2-3 treatments with Dr. Tong, his infections have greatly improved.  He also does not get sick as often.

Low Back Pain, Left Hip Pain, Herniated Disc L4 - Tammy (from Arizona) is a 46 year old caregiver who suffered from a herniated disc 10 years ago, as well as multiple car accidents where she was hit from behind and suffered whiplash, and an injury where she fell down a flight of steps while walking.  She experiences sharp pain when lifting heavy objects.  Her low back would lock up and she is unable to even hold her grandchild.  She consulted a chiropractor for 2 weeks which was helpful in her movement, but she still had extreme back pain.  After 3 treatments from Dr Tong, she feels more strength, more motion, and less stiffness. Her hip pain resulting from the back pain from compensating has also improved.  She feels a 75% improvement after treatments with Dr. Tong.
David - caller - Multiple Sclerosis, Infection
Shortness of Breath, Hypertension, Phlegm - Jim talks about his Uncle Rod (see #107 2-22-03, #121 6-7-03, #139 11-8-03, #150 3-6-04)  Uncle Rod came back to see Dr. Tong due to problems with his breathing.  He needed assistance with breathing and also had profuse mucus and phlegm in his throat.  After one treatment with Dr Tong, his lungs were 99% clear of phlegm and he could breathe deeply.  His hearing has improved tremendously. He recently celebrated his 90th birthday and is feeling better than ever.

Acute Chemical Exposure, Headache, Itching throat, Itching Eyes - Maria (see #168 9-11-04, #183 1-1-05) came back to receive treatments from Dr. Tong after being exposed to chemical solvents at work.  She developed severe headache as well as itching throat and eyes.  After 2 treatments her symptoms were completely gone.
Glaucoma - Rose (from La Habra, CA) has been diagnosed with possible glaucoma.  Before coming to see Dr. Tong the pressure in her eyes were 19 and 20.  After 8 treatments with Dr. Tong, she went to her ophthalmologist, and discovered that the pressure in her eyes dropped to 13 and 14. 
Don (caller) - question about Parkinson's
Atherosclerosis, Chest Pain, Dyspnea on Exertion, Knee Pain - Arthur is a 71 year old male who was recommended triple bypass surgery in 1989 for which he refused.  For the past 15 years, he has tried to look for different alternatives instead of bypass surgery.  He had chest pain and could not exert himself or exercise without pain.  In the last 4 years, Arthur also started to develop knee pain.  After 2 treatments with Dr. Tong, his chest pain has decreased significantly.  He can now swim without chest pain and his knee pain is gone.  He will continue treatments with Dr. Tong.
