Neck Pain, Back Pain, Anxiety, Depression, Lack of Concentration, Forgetfulness, Low Libido, High cholesterol, Low Immune System, Chest Pain, Sinus problems, Dizziness, Headache, Post-menopausal symptoms, Chiropractor.  Terri (see # 112 4-5-03, from Laguna Hills) Terri works in a manufacturing department on the UCI campus and has suffered from neck and back pain for over 30 years.  She went to conventional doctors, physical therapists, was prescribed medication, and before seeing Dr. Tong, went regularly (twice weekly) for chiropractic treatments for her pain.  After her very first treatment with Dr. Tong, she had no pain.  She has now had 4 treatments with Dr. Tong.  Her mental clarity is better, she is not anxious or depressed, and most of her symptoms are virtually gone.  
Low Back Pain, Left Hip Pain, Sciatic Pain, Numbness, Constipation, Hearing Problems,  Ankle Pain, Neck and Shoulder Pain,  Swollen Ankles, Heart Problems, Prostate Problems, Bronchitis - Jackie (see #100 12-14-02, #121 6-7-03, #139 11-8-03, #150 3-6-04, #181 12-11-04, #212 8-20-05, #213 8-27-05 from Lakewood, CA) - Jackie and her husband are in the residential care business and take care of their 80 year old uncle.  Jackie suffered from low back and sciatic pain for over a year as well as numbness in her right leg.  After her first treatment, she walked out of the office with no pain.  She has now had 3 treatments from Dr. Tong and has no constipation, no ankle problems, and her sciatic pain is gone.  Jackie then brought her uncle, Rod, to see Dr. Tong.  He has a very serious hearing problem, terrible neck and shoulder pain, as well as very swollen ankles.  He was on three different medications, had heart surgery, prostate problems,  was on a pacemaker, and used to  golf until a year ago.  He did not have energy anymore, his hands were swollen, and he couldn't get around the gold course.  After 2 treatments with Dr. Tong, the swelling in ankles are greatly reduced and his neck pain is now gone.  Now he can close his hands, which he couldn't do before, he has less nasal drip and wakes up more rested and alert in the morning.  His walking is also better after treatments.  He also notices a slight improvement in his hearing.  Jackie and her husband do not have to yell at him when they talk to him. His breathing is also much better after a bout with bronchitis.
Kidney/Renal Cancer, Lung Cancer, Painful Swollen Scrotum, Ascites, Dysuria, Breathing Problems Rod (see #105 2-1-03, from Fontana, CA) Rod came to Dr. Tong 5 weeks ago with extreme bloating and swelling from his chest down to his feet.  He had problems breathing from the bloating, he could not urinate and he had no appetite.  The hospice doctors told him they could do nothing for his bloating and had no medication or treatment for him.  They told him it was part of the disease.  He figured he just had to live with it.  His son found out about Dr. Tong and he had an emergency treatment.  After the first treatment his swelling went down 70%, he could urinate and had no trouble breathing.  Dr. Tong also relieved Rod's swelling in his testicle (which was the size of a cantaloupe).  Rod had kidney cancer in the past and only has half of one kidney left after a complete and partial nephrectomy.  He has been progressively improving with Dr. Tong.  However, his Kaiser insurance is denying his request to see Dr. Tong on the basis that they do not refer to outside doctors working with experimental drugs without even confirming Dr. Tong's main approach of treatment.  Dr. Tong then explains the fallacy of dialysis.

Chronic Back Pain, Neck Pain, Shortness of Breath, Fear, Anxiety - Arthur (see #109 3-8-03, #146 2-7-04 from Escondido, CA) Art has suffered from chronic back pain for eight years. He also has problems breathing.  He has had neck pain for several months from a car accident (2002), where he was hit from behind at 90 miles per hour.  He suffered whiplash and his back pain was exacerbated.  He has heard Dr. Tong's radio show for 6 months now and finally decided to try his treatments.  He has had two treatments from Dr. Tong.  After the first treatment, Dr. Tong relieved much of his pain.  He now has no neck pain and he is breathing much deeper.  His back is now more flexible after the second treatment and he is pain free. After the second treatment, his improvement was more rapid and the pain from Dr. Tong's injections was much less.  His fear and anxiety is not completely gone, but he is now much more relaxed. 
Neck Pain, Bulging Discs, Rotator Cuff Tear, Anger and Frustration Victor (from Carlsbad)  This firefighter has had neck pain for 4 years.  MRI showed a few bulging discs as well as a tear in his rotator cuff.  He tried chiropractic treatment, deep tissue massage, and mild pain killers such as Vicodin, which only gave him temporary relief.  After seeing Dr. Tong's website and hearing his show for 3 months, he decided to consult Dr. Tong.  After Dr. Tong's treatment, he felt much improved, more calm and relaxed.  His neck pain has been reduced 80% and he has complete range of motion, no pain in his elbow and his hand is not swollen.  Victor's liver was also weakened by past consumption of alcohol.  Dr. Tong explains that much of his problems stems from a weakened liver as well as anger and frustration.
Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Baker's Cyst, Migraines, Allergies, Back Pain, Neck Pain, Depression  Vicki (from Lancaster see #98 11-30-02, #126 7-12-03, #167 8-28-04, #197 4-16-05) - This elementary school teacher started receiving treatments from Dr. Tong in October of 2002.  She has noticed tremendous improvement.  Before seeing Dr. Tong, she was in a lot of pain.  She had arthritis, fibromyalgia, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome in both arms, a Baker's Cyst in her right knee, back and neck pain (from a past auto accident, for which chiropractics did not help).  After her first treatment with Dr. Tong, she felt as if a big weight had been lifted off her shoulders and her muscles. She felt happier and more relaxed.  She also suffered from migraines and allergies.  She has not had a migraine headache ever since and she has not taken her allergy medications.  She was on 14 different medications at one time and she tried to ween herself off of them.  After Dr. Tong's first treatment, she went off all of her medication.  Vicki says that Dr. Tong treats the complete person from physical problems to mental problems.  She feels like a whole new person. 
Chest Pain, Back Pain Neil (caller from Marieta, CA) - Neil is retired and had problems with chest and back pain.  His wife, Marilyn, (see #77 5-4-02, #101 1-4-03 , #103 1-18-03)  began seeing Dr. Tong last year and was greatly impressed with her progress.  He has had 2 treatments with Dr. Tong now.  After the first treatment his breathing had greatly improved.  After his second treatment, his chest pain is virtually gone.    He has also noticed a change in his wife.  They have been married for 25 years.  Most of those years she had suffered from panic attacks.  Most of the time she could not get out of bed, she was on all of the antidepressant drugs such as Prozac, Wellbutrin, and Effexor.  After seeing Dr. Tong, Neil noticed a change in his wife's attitude, she is wearing brighter colors, her skin is clearing, and generally is doing so much better.  Their marriage has also improved and they laugh together and joke together.

Multiple Sclerosis, Fatigue, Macular Degeneration, Loss of Balance, Colon Cancer, Chemotherapy, Ringing in Ear/Tinnitus, Right Sciatica, leg pain, foot pain, arthritis, fibromyalgia - Gloria (see # 103 1-18-03, from San Diego, CA)  Thirty-one years ago, Gloria was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis by symptoms of fatigue, pain in her eyes, and loss of balance.  Her condition got to the point where she could not walk anymore and was wheelchair bound.  She was put on Elevil, which helped her in the beginning.  However, the medication later made her symptoms worse.  She then did research on multiple sclerosis and changed her diet.  She ate more fresh fruits and vegetables, she took proper supplements, and had a hair analysis done.  In the course of 6 months, her symptoms improved and she hasn't been in a wheelchair ever since.  Gloria also suffered from right sciatic pain, fibromyalgia, and arthritis in her toe after a foot surgery.  Gloria was then diagnosed with colon cancer 2 years ago.  She subsequently went through chemotherapy and surgery for her colon cancer.  During her chemotherapy sessions, her previous symptoms returned such as the macular degeneration and loss of balance.  Her vision would come and go, she had severe fatigue, and she started developing ringing in her ears.  She decided to discontinue chemotherapy and decided to consult Dr. Tong instead.  Dr. Tong's treatments have greatly improved Gloria's condition.  He helped her with her right sciatic pain.  She can now lift her leg with no pain in her sciatica.  Her vision has greatly improved.  She now can see faces in front of her whereas before, she would see black rings in front of her face.  Her balance and dizziness is good and she now has no ringing in her ear.  She now also has tremendous energy.
Kidney/Renal Cancer, Lung Cancer, Painful Swollen Scrotum, Ascites, Dysuria, Breathing Problems - Rod (see #107 2-22-03, from Fontana, CA) This retired police officer was diagnosed with kidney cancer in 1998.  He had his left kidney removed and part of his right kidney removed.  He was symptom free for 2 years without chemotherapy or radiation.  However, his cancer returned now to his adrenal gland, remaining right kidney, and his lungs.  He was told that he only had 6 months to live.  He was put on hospice for the last 3 years and his condition has progressively worsened in the past three weeks.  His testicles and penis have become swollen and painful.  His scrotum was the size of a cantaloupe.  He had trouble breathing, urinating, and eating.  He was in so much pain that he didn't care whether he lived or died.  He came in to see Dr. Tong last Friday 1/24/03 for an emergency treatment.  After his first treatment with Dr. Tong, his symptoms were relieved for 2-3 days and his scrotum went back down to normal size.  Yesterday, he received his 2nd treatment and continues to improve slowly.  Although his abdomen is still slightly tense and inflated, he now has no trouble breathing or urinating.  His appetite has also improved and he can now eat.
